Isn't BengalDens.com just for Idaho State University students? No. This is our biggest misconception & yes initially we chose the name to go after the large ISU student market, but what we've found is that we receive numerous requests for professionals moving into the Pocatello/Chubbuck area with their families looking for a place to rent until they get to know the area and are ready to buy a home. We've also seen more and more good families having to rent due to the recent credit crunch because they may not be able to afford 10-20% down on a new home.
Does BengalDens.com offer Property Management? No. We don't want to get into Property Management but we work with lots of Property Managers throughout Pocatello and South East Idaho and would be happy to help point you in the right direction.
Why isn't BengalDens.com free to list? Unfortunately, my family has this bad habit of wanting to eat food and sleep indoors. The other reason is that by charging to list properties on BengalDens.com we can use that money to advertise locally and generate LOTS and LOTS of traffic to your listings. How much traffic?
